If Evolution = Change, and if Stasis = No Change, then what is Evolutionary Stasis? More than just an oxymoron, this meaningless term is another example of the mental gymnastics required to force-fit scientific discoveries into evolutionary history. In this episode Richard Fangrad and Calvin Smith discuss why this term is being applied to "living fossils": fossils that are supposedly millions of years old but are virtually identical to the modern living organism.
